[Field News] Buryatia, nation that will spread the grace and love of the Lord

Hello. My name is Dalba and I live in Buryatia.

I was born and raised in a Buddhist family in rural Buryatia.

When I was young, I lived in a small rural town, but Christians would come there and teach me how to read and tell me about Jesus.

As time passed, I moved to the city and attended college, where by chance I met Christians again and began my life of faith.

From the first time I heard about Jesus to the moment I wandered in the city, I knew that Jesus was always with me.

As my heart toward the Lord gradually opened, I began to look forward to the day when I could worship.

But the deeper I came to know Jesus, the more my mother's opposition became.

My mom wanted me to graduate from college and get a job right away, but I wanted to follow the path of Jesus.

My heart was struggling all the more as I was surrounded by family opposition and difficult financial circumstances, but God always supported me with infinite love and grace.

I praise the Lord for giving me living hope!

I feel like God's deep love for all nations is calling me every day.

Please pray with me that no matter what trials and tribulations come, my life will only be one of walking the path of a disciple of Jesus Christ.

“but for ours also. It will be counted to us who believe in him who raised from the dead Jesus our Lord, who was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification”. (Romans 4:24-25)

Lord of grace, we praise you for loving and saving Sister Dalba.

Although she grew up in a Buddhist family, we thank you God that you allowed her to hear about Jesus and begin a life of faith through those who preached the gospel.

We believe that the love of Christ, which was demonstrated by Christ dying for us while we were still sinners, will be with Sister Dalba forever.

Please help Sister Dalba to follow the Lord until the end, even though there may be small or big difficulties, such as opposition from parents and difficult financial circumstances.

In this way, please help us spread the infinite grace and love of Jesus Christ, who raised us from the dead, to our families, and help us rise up as witnesses beyond our families to the Buryat people.
