[Field Story] Jordan wearing the armor of light and preparing for the return of the Lord

Hello, my name is Hanan and I live in Jordan.

With no money, no home, and no family, I have been sitting helplessly in the local park for the past three years.

Then one day, some Christians I met at the park told me about the love of Jesus and prayed for me.

The love of Jesus, that pours out endless freedom, love, and joy to those who believe. That love came as a bright light to my life where I was only waiting for death.

Jesus came into my life that no one in the world was interested in. His fullness was so great that even though nothing had changed in my poor, old life, my heart was already filled with joy.

Surprisingly, I, who had not eaten anything since the day before, was suddenly given a meal and a cup of tea, and I felt that God was with me in my life.

I wanted to cherish the precious love of Jesus that came into my life. Even though I couldn’t read, I wanted to know more about the words of Jesus.

Please pray with me that this love and faith will become the rock of my life, and that I will be filled with joy through the Lord even in the tiring situations of life as I worship the Lord.

12 The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. (Romans 13:12).

We praise our Lord Jesus, who did not leave Sister Hanan alone in poverty and loneliness, but visited her with love.

Lord, thank You for allowing Sister Hanan, who confessed that she had nothing to hear the gospel and know and enjoy the love of Jesus.

From now we desire that the amazing love would completely fill every part of Sister Hanan's thirst, and let Jesus be her everything and her only joy.

Now that she has known the love of Jesus, may she go beyond knowing that love and root her life onYou, the rock, fellowship with You in the Word and prayer, and come to know You each day.

As she comes to know the Lord more, help her to completely cast off her previous life habits and works of darkness, and help Sister Hanan to become strong in the Lord by wearing the armor of light that only the Lord gives.

Thus, even in the hardships that will come to those who believe in the Lord, please help her to overcome every day with a firm faith that does not turn back. Help Sister Hanan to devote her life to be a witness for the name of Jesus as she only waits for the Lord who will soon return!

Also, through Sister Hanan, may the poor, the sick, and the thirsty in Jordan come to know the amazing love of Jesus, and may the work of the Holy Spirit be fully manifested as they open their lips to praise the Lord and worship Him with all their lives!
