[Field Story] God’s Great Joy, Tunisia

Hello. My name is Amal and I am Tunisian.

I worked as a civil servant in a government office, and I was exhausted from the treadmill of life every day. I lived wondering what a truly meaningful life was.

As my worries deepened, I began to lose my health, and while living each day without hope, I became close to a Christian friend.

When I shared these worries with my friend, she told me about Jesus and we worshiped together.

As we sang together, my heart felt at peace, and when my friend held my hand and prayed, I felt my hands and heart become so hot.

That day I accepted Jesus as the Savior of my life.

I praise Jesus, who came to me and gave me hope after 38 years of wandering in emptiness and uncertainties in my life.

Please pray with me so that I can continue to walk with the Lord on the rock of faith!

For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate. (Luke 15:24)

God who loves Sister Amal and Tunisia, thank you for meeting Sister Amal, who was wandering without hope, and restoring her with the love of the Lord.

The Lord has brought Sister Amal, who had been taken away from this world, back to His arms, and given her eternal life. Please allow Sister Amal to now live for her Lord.

Additionally, countless souls in Tunisia, like Sister Amal, are living in darkness, searching for the true meaning of life.

Lord, who is their Father, although they are living in sin and darkness without knowing Jesus, please help them meet Jesus and receive eternal life, just as you met Sister Amal.

Let the Tunisian people return to the Lord and become a great joy to God!
