[Today’s Prayer] Drone Attacks Hospital in Sudan During Civil War… 30 Dead

One of the few remaining hospitals in El Fasher, Darfur, Sudan was attacked by a drone, killing at least 30 people and injuring dozens.

Officials said the Saudi hospital's emergency ward was destroyed by a drone strike the previous afternoon. The identities of the dead and the perpetrators of the attack have not yet been revealed.

Sudan has been waging a civil war between government forces and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) since April 15, 2023.

The nearly two-year civil war has killed tens of thousands of people, displaced more than 12 million people and put millions more at risk of starvation

God, we hear the sad news that a drone attack on a hospital during the civil war in Sudan destroyed the emergency ward, killing at least 30 people.

There are many civilian casualties in the ongoing civil war between the Sudanese government forces and RSF organizations.

Please remove all evil hearts that hate each other and lead to death, and stop the civil war as soon as possible so that there will be no more casualties.

May You comfort the grieving families of the casualties, and may they know that Your heart is equally broken and grieving.

After all, there is only one God who can give peace among these people!

May the Sudanese people, who must tremble in fear at the daily sounds of gunfire and bombs, now be a people who know complete peace in You alone.

Open our eyes that are blinded from seeing You, and turn us quickly from darkness to light, from the power of Satan to God!

Let the Church of Sudan be the church that fulfills this holy mission, and let it be used as a faithful servant of God to the end!

We believe that the global church should work harder and pray for the evangelization of the Sudanese people in the name of Jesus Christ.

Though the civil war may make it difficult to spread the gospel, please use the global church as a channel for the gospel to reach the heart of the land.

And may all the nations of Sudan be established as Your witnesses who will see the salvation You will accomplish.

Let those who are grieving the same pain in the nations be comforted by Your heart and become witnesses of the Gospel!
