[Field Story] Jordan, Fulfilling Only the Father’s will!

(photo unrelated to contents)

Hello! I am Abida. I’m from Jordan.

Married as a second wife, I lived with the guilt of failing to protect my youngest daughter, who was paralyzed from the waist down by my husband’s violence.

However, God led me and my daughters to the truth, Jesus Christ, and thanks to that grace, we still gather once a week for family worship. I have not yet experienced the Spirit of God, but I always believe in my heart that there is power in the name of Jesus.
That’s why I send my daughters to worship groups with their peers to learn more about Jesus.

Besides my daughter, I also have an older son, and I want my son to know Jesus someday. I believe that all of this is God’s guidance!

However, whenever we try to worship together, unresolved situations or difficult things to worship arise, but we do not want to stop worshiping Jesus.

I hope that God will open all circumstances to help me and the children to firmly establish our faith so that we can worship God more diligently.

Please pray with us so that we can experience the Holy Spirit and rise up as disciples who believe and follow Jesus more deeply so that we can rise up as a house church that worships to the end!

And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”
(Matthew 26:39 ESV)

Hallelujah! Heavenly Father, who loves Jordan.Thank you for choosing Sister Abida and her daughters with grace and saving them, and for giving her son a heart to know Jesus.

Please guide Sister Abida’s son to personally meet Jesus and receive Him as his Savior so that he can live a new life.

Also, I believe that God the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God, is with Sister Abida and her daughters, who confess that they want to deeply meet the Spirit of God even at this moment.

Holy Spirit, God, please be more deeply present among them so that Sister Abida and her family may be filled with the Holy Spirit. No matter what situation comes, let it be a family that loves and serves only one Lord.

Lord, give us the strength to overcome all situations and circumstances that come our way and help us to move forward while praying for God’s will to be fulfilled more deeply than we think every moment.

Let this family be built as a whole family where faith grows even more when we overcome difficulties and worship the Lord, and let it stand as a church that is the body of Christ that never stops worshiping even when tribulation and persecution come in the name of Jesus.

May this house church established by Sister Abida and her children, all souls in Jordan will see the cross of Jesus Christ, and Jordan will rise up as an army to fulfill the will of the Father and prepare the way for the return of Jesus Christ. Come! Amen!
