… who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
(Hebrews 1:3, NKJV)
Lord, the search for survivors of the earthquake in Turkey has ended, and 116 people died. Lord, shine Your light over this nation. With the brightness of Your glory, light up this land that is now filled with death and sorrow. With Your power that upholds all things and purifies all nations from their sins, Lord Jesus, restore the land of Turkey! Please wipe away all tears from the Turkish souls who lost their loved ones, and reach them with the gospel.
May also the Turkish and Greek church realize the urgency of the end times we now live in. May they wake up to love You and Your people, and to train hard to make history and boldly preach the good news to all nations! May the global church pray for this sorrowful nation with Your heart and tears! May Turkey return to You through the power of prayer! Amen!
