Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. (1 Peter 3:8~9)
Lord, this long conflict between Israel and Palestine has reached it’s peak. The relocation of the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem is being criticized by the world, this day called ‘the day of disaster’ is filled with death and darkness. Lord…have mercy on this land.
Isaac and Ishmael are brothers who love one another. However, the result of a long history of darkness is murder, paying back evil for evil and death. And this is what we see today in Jerusalem.
Lord, let these two nations forgive each other and let them be nations that pray and bless one other. May they become holy nations that will complete the last remaining history and inherit the history of God.
May peace come upon Jerusalem! All wars and the power of death, be destroyed! May the history of forgiveness start in this land!
