[Today's Prayer] “The precarious silence eventually broken”... Hezbollah attacked Israel
“As the humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip came into effect at 7 a.m., there was a precarious calm on the southern border with (Lebanon).”
After the four-day ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian armed faction Hamas went into effect on the 24th (local time), Lebanon's state-run news agency NNA described the situation on the border with Israel as follows.
However, the ‘precarious peace’ between Israel and Lebanon did not last more than a day.
The Israeli media Haaretz reported attacks on Israel by Hezbollah, a pro-Iranian Lebanese militant group, from around 5 a.m. (10 p.m. Korean time) on the 25th, the day after the agreement.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it shot down a surface-to-air missile launched from Lebanon and attacked Hezbollah's infrastructure in response.
Additionally, an alert was issued based on the possibility of hostile aircraft infiltrating from Lebanon.
(Omitted)
Hezbollah has been engaged in large and small battles on the Israeli border every day since Hamas attacked Israel on the 7th of last month.

Therefore, whoever loves life and wants to see good days, keep your tongue from speaking evil, and your lips from speaking lies; turn from evil and do good; seek peace and follow it (1 Peter 3:10-11).
Good Lord, we praise our Lord Jesus Christ, who loves life and creates peace.
God, we pray earnestly to You as we see the constant conflict between Isaac and Ishmael.
A ceasefire was declared, but it lasted less than a day before Hezbollah began attacking again. Lord, please deliver them from the pain of this seemingly endless war.
Lord, who loves life, please have mercy on those who are under the power of death due to war and conflict, and come as a light among all those who tremble in fear.
Please remove all evil things that deceive one another and tell lies. Please rebuke Satan, who leads people to live in sin by using false peace, false idols, and false testimony.
Please cover all the lands of Israel, Palestine, and the Arab world with the grace of the cross of Jesus Christ, who gives only eternal life and brings peace, so that the year of sorrow will pass and the year of grace will come when all nations will rejoice in Jehovah's salvation!
