(Today’s Prayer) “Isreal-Hamas, tentative agreement to stop fighting”

WP, a source- quoted report …“The fighting has been stopped for 5 days; around 50 children and women are released.”
White House: "There is no agreement yet on a temporary suspension of hostilities... Continuous efforts."
Israel, the United States, and the Palestinian armed faction, Hamas, are close to an agreement to suspend fighting for five days and release dozens of women and children among the hostages held in the Gaza Strip, according to the American daily Washington Post (WP) on the 18th (local time).
However, a U.S. White House spokesman said that there has been no agreement yet, immediately after this report was published.
Citing multiple sources, the WP reported that Israel and Hamas have reached a tentative agreement to pause fighting and release dozens of hostages, and the release could begin within the next few days, which could lead to the first halt in fighting in the Gaza Strip for a period of time.
Under the terms of the six-page agreement, all warring parties will suspend combat operations for at least five days while 50 or more hostages are released in 24-hour increments.
Monitoring is also carried out from air to ensure that fighting on the ground is halted.
The cessation of fighting is also intended to allow significant amounts of humanitarian aid, including fuel, to be brought into the Gaza Strip.
Israel and the United States have been negotiating with Hamas through Qatar's mediation, for the release of about 240 hostages that Hamas kidnapped in the Gaza Strip during a surprise attack on Israel on the 7th of last month.
A total of four hostages, including two Americans and two Israelis, were previously released, but there was never a release of multiple hostages.
Sources have informed WP that the outlines of this tentative agreement were prepared through several weeks of negotiations in Doha, Qatar.
However, Reuters reported that a White House spokesman said immediately after this report that Israel and Hamas had not yet reached an agreement on a temporary suspension of fighting.
As the war is entering its sixth week, civilian deaths in the Gaza Strip have increased significantly and concerns about the safety of hostages held by Hamas are growing. Israel has been under pressure from the international community calling for a cease-fire or temporary cessation of fighting.
One source said accepting such an agreement would be difficult for Israel.
In Israel, there are strong calls for the hostages to be released as soon as possible, but there are also strong voices calling for no deals with Hamas over the hostage issue.
WP predicted that although it is unclear whether foreigners will be included in the hostages subject to release, it can be expected that if women and children are successfully released, the release of other hostages may follow.

“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor. (Luke 4:18-19)
We hear that Israel, the U.S., and Palestinian militant, Hamas, are close to an agreement to release dozens of women and children from hostages held in Gaza while stopping fighting for five days. But the agreement hasn’t been reached yet.
God, the Global Church is earnestly praying that this war will end. Please let the devastation of countless souls dying, getting hurt, and becoming refugees stop quickly.
Above all, allow the Israel and Palestine people, who have been rejecting you, to completely know and meet the one and only Lord Yeshua.
Would you allow them to meet you, Lord, through dreams and vision in midst of extreme situations, and let the gospel spread powerfully through your church.
May the Holy Spirit of the Lord be strongly be upon Israel and Palestine, and let the people who have long been prisoners of sin for not knowing Yeshua, have true free through the truth.
Would you allow the people to open their eyes to the truth that the Messiah, whom you promised to come through the words, is Yeshua, and let the Palestinians, who were suppressed by lies, enjoy full freedom from Islam and Hamas, from all sins.
Let Israel and Palestine be filled with the love of the cross of Jesus, who brought the two enemies together; and let Isaac and Ishmael, the sons of one father, be a witness of Yeshua and spread the year of the Lord's grace throughout the nation!
