[Today’s Prayer] Iranian Foreign Minister: "If Israel Stops Attacking, We Will Stop Retaliating"

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi urged Israel to stop its attacks first on the 15th (local time).

According to AFP, Tass, and other news agencies, Minister Araghchi said in a meeting with foreign diplomats broadcast on state TV that day, "If you stop your attacks, of course we will stop our retaliatory measures."

He said, "We are defending ourselves, and defense is completely legal," and demanded that Israel stop its military operations.

Minister Araghchi also expressed his position that he does not want the conflict with Israel to expand to the region.

He criticized Israel for targeting nuclear facilities, saying, "It has crossed a new 'red line' under international law." He accused the United States of intervening in Israel's airstrikes.

Minister Araghchi said, "We have clear evidence that the Zionist regime (Israel) attacks were supported by the US military and US military bases in the region."

He also claimed that Israel does not want to reach an agreement with the US government led by President Donald Trump on its nuclear program.

Minister Araghchi also pointed out the incompetence of the international community in preventing Israel from bombing its own country.

He said, "The UN Security Council is responding indifferently, and Western governments are blaming Iran, not Israel, even though Iran was attacked."

Raise up the Iranian church to break through in the midst of tribulation with the joy of salvation!

Lord, who was with Iran from the beginning, help Iran to the end and grant it unity with Israel through the cross. Rebuild by your hand the foundation of faith that has been broken down between Iran and Israel, and make the Iranian and Israeli peoples one people united in the fear of the Lord through your Word.

May the war cease soon, and may You grant the love of Jesus Christ among Iran and Israel, anointing them as nations that will carry the gospel to the nations with the Lord of peace!

May the American and global church share the suffering of the Iranian people with the heart of our Heavenly Father and continue to serve them with prayer and the gospel, so that they may be restored to the hope of heaven!

And send one million missionaries to the land of Iran, who will multiply revival 1,000 fold!
