[Today's Prayer] "At least 124 civilians killed in Sudanese rebel attacks"
The Associated Press reported on the 27th (local time) that rebels in the midst of a civil war with the Sudanese government have killed more than 100 civilians in the past week.
The UN claimed that the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a rebel group, killed, raped, and looted residents in eastern and northern Al-Jazira (Gezira) Province, south of the capital Khartoum, from the 20th to the 25th of this month.
The Sudan Doctors' Association said that at least 124 people were killed and 200 injured in the village of Saria.
United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator Clementine Nkweta-Salami said that this incident is similar to the atrocities committed during the Darfur genocide in Sudan in the early 2000s.

You are my hiding place and my shield; I hope in your word. Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God. Uphold me according to your promise, that I may live, and let me not be put to shame in my hope! (Psalm 119:114-116)
Lord, we hear the sad news that the civil war in Sudan, which began in April last year, continues, and that many civilians are still losing their lives and are being targeted for looting and crime because they are not protected.
God, the hiding place and shield of the people, please become the hope of the Sudanese people who are suffering and despairing due to the civil war and are not protected by the government or anyone else.
Please let the history of war and darkness that causes many casualties leave in the name of Jesus Christ, and let the country and the foundation of life be stabilized as soon as possible.
Also, anoint the church of the Lord that has been restored and left on this earth through the word of God, so that it may proclaim Jesus Christ, the King of Peace.
Let the light of the gospel that overcomes death and war cover Sudan through the Sudanese church, and let the suffering souls of Sudan look to Jesus Christ, the King.
Therefore, may the people of Sudan hold on to the word of God and confess to being established as witnesses of Jesus in the face of any hardship and fear!
