[Field Story] Kazakhstan, who will rise as a holy bride

(The photo above is unrelated to the content)

Hello, my name is Keril from Kazakhstan.

I suffered from severe headaches from my husband abusing me constantly.

Living in poverty, living in a terrible marriage, and suffering headaches were all difficult to handle alone.

In the midst of this devastating life, one day I found a new hope which was Jesus.

Christians I met by chance heard my story and prayed for me. Then, surprisingly, the headache that had been bothering me so much went away and I felt peace in my heart.

I had a new experience in my life that day. From then on, I began to spread the love of Jesus to the people around me at my workplace.

Because of Jesus, my heart overflows with indescribable joy and gratitude, but there are times when the suffering and persecution toward Christians is overwhelming.

But no one can change my heart toward the Lord. Please pray for me that in my life, I will trust the Lord until the end and always praise Him with thanksgiving.

When the humble see it they will be glad; you who seek God, let your hearts revive. For the Lord hears the needy and does not despise his own people who are prisoners. (Psalm 69:32-33)

We praise the Lord who loves sister Keril, and saved her from her suffering.

How great is the grace of our Lord who gave Sister Keril peace through the prayers of Christians, and enriched as she shared the love of Jesus with her workplace and people around her.

May sister Keril be revived from this grace of joy and thanksgiving, and rely on the Lord who hears us and saves us even in the midst of suffering and persecution.

May she be prepared as a bride of Christ as she waits for the bridegroom Jesus, and also be able to have the boldness to share the gospel to her earthly husband.

Every time Sister Keril boldly approaches the throne of grace and preaches the gospel, may the souls of Kazakhstan encounter the Lord who is with us, and may the wounded souls like her, receive healing within families.

May the Kazakh people rise up as a holy bride in preparation for the return of the Lord and heal the nations!
